Non accurate accounting should be the name. They wait till you have late fees to send letters and disconnect without warning. Scandalous people out to scam everyone for as much money as possible. They do not allow an online pay option like any other utility company or a way to track usage or anything like that.

Make sure you take pictures of receipts if you pay with cash. My January payment- WITH CASH. Has disappeared 2 years in a row. Nothing they can do. Lady was rude and dismissive. Gentlemen working was mostly helpful. Neither one seemed interested in solving this issue thought- thats for sure. Guess Ill keep better track of receipts next time.

I called to simply get some information about paying a bill. The woman I spoke to was very rude, and had was no help at all. Will not be calling again!
