        Since purchasing our home a few years ago, we have used Scotts a few times to take care of issues with our HVAC system. Everyone from Scotts we have dealt with have been courteous and helpful and have always resolved our issues in a professional manner. A few weeks ago, our heater did not seem to be working correctly. Scotts determined 2 of the 3 elements were bad and our firebox needed to be replaced. Since it was a 14-year-old system I asked for recommendations to replace it. After reviewing their options, we decided to go with an Amana heat pump. We got on their install schedule and within a week or so the new system was installed. We are getting used to the new system, it seems to do a good job heating our home. It runs for much longer periods of time but from what I understand this is normal. The Amana system has a variable speed motor which at times seem to be extremely loud, not the mechanical equipment itself but the air coming out of the vents is noticeably much louder than our previous system.

        I was in a bad way. My old hvac guy sabotaged my old system. Scott's came to my rescue & got me sealed up. I only will be using Scott's here on out at the lake.
