Never answers there phone. Always a machine. Then you get transferred to some other person not in the camdenton bank .

So after online wasn't working correctly and called in to customer service that told me to come to nears branch (Camdenton) I walk in and the lady behind counter said all I am helping is drive thru.. I asked is there someone else to help me and said no because at lunch. Customer service is bad, also time to hire more employees if lunch breaks make me stand here... Glad I opened other bank accounts with smaller bank to slowly transfer and close accounts
