Rented a pressure washer from them twice. First time things went great. Second time not so much. The pressure washer, which is $50 a day, didn't idle properly and then the pull chain broke within a couple hours of renting it. We were unable to call or exchange as they were closed for the day. Took the washer in the next morning by 9am. They gave a lecture on things we did wrong, ummmm not our first time using one, which that was beside the point as the pull chain broke. They sent us home with a bigger pressure washer, which was great until we went to return it. Upon returning it we discovered that there was a $30/day difference between the two. Ummm... What? Is that even legal to not disclose that the one is $80 a day and the other is only $50.
Will never rent from them again. Take your business to someplace with integrity.
