Justr purchased a new Samsung S24. I was having difficulty getting an important app to work on the new phone. I called the US Cellular help line - no help. I called the Samsung help line - no help. When to the folks at Wavelengths and they solved the problem Thank you Brandon!!!!

Dont use Branden Carr this guy straight up lied about multiple things I asked him 3 different time that my phone plan only costs 60 65 a month he said yes every time I get home look at my account online and its not 60 its 80 a month and the highest plan you can get I asked him if the plan Im getting gas any difference from the basic plan I have and he said no none at all 2 or 3 different times and its completely different its the highest plan you can get

Ive had the best experience here it feels like home great employees there kind caring and listening to your problems and try to fix whatever problems you have. What a wonderful company
