Went there tonight an hour before they close and they didnt even take my order. The one at the window was on her phone would not at least tell me to hold on a moment or nothing

My husband and I had gone here before during the week and we received friendly service and good coffee, so we decided to try again. Sunday, we stopped in for some coffee. The worker taking orders at the drive thru got my order wrong. When I asked her to remake it because she got it wrong, she got an attitude. Then, I had given her my card and it charged me $7.28 for one of the coffees. My scooter rewards automatically paid for one at the time of check out because she scanned my barcode. Well, she obviously didnt press a button or something to clear the register out and tried to tell us we didnt pay. When, I pulled up my bank app and showed her the scooters charge, she proceeded to tell us we needed to pay again. I told her Id pay cash for the second coffee (which was free from my rewards). I was willing to pay for another one, but not for both of them again because my card had already been charged. She got very rude with us, and said you know what, just go on with your day, because Im not going to argue with you. Im telling you it didnt go through and you didnt pay. My husband showed her my bank app that showed the charge and location and she said well its not the right amount so you didnt pay but just go. He said the bank app doesnt lie. We werent trying to get something for nothing. We were just trying not to pay double. She gave us the rudest attitude Ive ever seen from someone.very unprofessional!
