My laptop experienced a water spill, the owner was so quick to help me. He did everything he could to repair it, but unfortunately it was beyond repair. He was able to access my hard drive and save all the information needed. I was on a deadline and he really helped me out and at a reasonable price. Very professional, prompt, experienced, and kind. 12/10 recommend. Hopefully never need computer repair again but if I do, Im definitely going back. Thank you!

Wow, stock photos of people working on computers!! This must be the guy? Wrong! This company does not plan to give you access to your own network even after you pay for the equipment and labor. Basically you'll have to call someone else to set it up again if you want to change anything because these people don't seem to care at all if you are happy. So now we have 3+ hours of work to do fixing their issue.

Many thanks to Reuben for the thorough, accurate and quick retrieval of my MacBook Pro data. I was afraid all my photos and documents were gone forever but within two days, Reuben had all 11 GB worth of data backed up onmy external drive, ready to be used again.
