COMC - Central Ozarks Medical Center - Camdenton

Very unprofessional!!! My first visit for my X-rays I was assured I would love my experiences here with Dr. Galloway. I came in today for my filling, first my blood pressure was done, and was low (80/50) I let them know I have P.O.T.S and I do pass out & needed to take a second. The assistant simply walked out then 5 mins later Dr. Comes in orders me to open my mouth, put the gel on my gums, grabs the lidocaine and says this will sting I wasnt told what we were doing for sure, what to expect, nothing, as hes doing this hes talking to his assistant about a car and his Tesla he got rid of blah blah blah. After two lidocaine injections he just walks out. Nobody says anything to me. My heart hurting & obv getting dizzy nobody was there. They come back about 15 mins later and again. Sits down talking about these vehicles the entire time I have no clue whats going on. Im in an awkward spot to say anything or ask questions. My nerves are wrecked. So I just lay and hope its over soon. After jerking my head around hes finished up my one filling, continuing his convo, says dont eat till your lip isnt numb and walks out. I have no clue bout anything, how strong is a filling, can it fall out? Should I avoid hard food? Does it matter I wanted something more permanent? Im scheduled for another apt but I will NOT be returning. Considering his work isnt even up to par to make up for that Attitude. 0/10 dont recommend!!

I was in the ER with horrible panick attacks and they recommended COMC I went to my appointment and the receptionist was super rude telling me I was suppose to be at my appointment 30 minutes early but no one told me that so I didnt know. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early because thats usually enough time. Then she practically threw the paperwork at me. Wish I remembered her name she has tattoos on both arms and I think her name started with a K and long hair Way to make someone with anxiety and depression feel way worse! I will find the help I need elsewhere

This place was an awful dentistry experience. During my surgery there was an extreme lack of professionalism. At one point the surgeon grabbed his assistant by the wrist and forced the tool from her hand because of her incompetence. Then she gets her glove caught in my stitches while he was sewing my gums up, she pulls her and away and the glove stretches and good ten inches and snaps her finger. Then I'm invited back for a free pair of dentures on December 14 2023 and they don't have any employees for denture lab. So they say they will call me back but they never do. Then I call last week to reschedule for today, Jan 31st at 3pm. I get a call yesterday saying my insurance won't cover dentures. They did not charge for the surgery and didn't bill medicaid, so medicaid gets a free ride off my pain and trauma and I get told to come apply for sliding scale rate. Great thing to tell someone who is unemployed living in a domestic violence shelter. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place and go anywhere but here. They are unorganized, incompetent, and a little heartless to say the least.
