Chad is amazing. He was forthright on options, proactive and professional on his communication, and compassionate when a seller backed out of our first deal right before close. His persistence in keeping us going despite the obstacle was peppered with positivity and experience . His wisdom in assuring us that "typically what comes later is better when a deal falls apart" was calming and 100% true in the end. I trust him and will return to him in the future.
