        Old rooms but clean. My complaint is the front desk lady is very very rude!!! If I could give service zero stars, I would. I mean the lady should not be in front of the public at all. She was so rude and hateful to me. I would not have stayed, but it was close to my work. In a very rude attitude she said things kike "I TOLD YOU" and "YOU DON'T NEED TO KEEP RINGING THE BUZZER". I only rang the buzzer twice because I couldn't see the phone number.

        BED BUGS!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST PLACE EVER AND WORST EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I were eaten up by bed bugs, disrespected, cursed and yelled out by management/owner! If I could give this place a 0, I would. My husbands SERVICE animal was denied and we were thrown out after payment, all the while his service animal was having a seizure and we were unable to explain the situation because of the utter disrespect from the woman who kept running her mouth and yelling across the property! When I tried explaining the situation, they said they didnt care and the service animal ended up dying because of this. Meanwhile, you have tons of drug usage going on around the property. My husband spoke with the chief of police regarding all of this. And..the lady would barely even allow me to get my things out of the room cursing and yelling the entire time. There was a lady friend of hers and a male friend out there as well who took it upon themselves to get involved and instigate things even more. This is the most disrespected Ive ever been from an establishment or business owner. I dont believe this place should be in business at all! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A place is only as good as its upper management or owner. Do yourself a favor and drive a little ways to Lebanon. They have much better establishments!! Pictures attached with the bed bug bites on my neck and shoulder and my husbands arm, just in case anyone tries to say its not true. These pictures are after having to take antihistamines because Im highly allergic! Go to Lebanon! Dont stay here!!!!

      Thank you for staying with us! Sorry you had a bad experience. People do have bad days. Most like to stand there and continuously ring the bell expecting us to just pop up. It's like a home doorbell it does take us a min to get to the door esp if we are maybe in the bathroom, working on something, or on property not in the office. That is also why there is a sign on the door that says if not in the office please call with the phone number! Hope you have a better week!

      Wow!! As a woman of "GOD", one would imagine you would be truthful.First, there were other guests in the parking lot and video. Second, all guests sign and initial the same paper, by doing so YOU acknowledged that there are no pets, no smoking, and no refunds.When you called prior to your arrival time, you were told the only room we use for service animals was occupied and that if prior arrangements had been made it would have been fine. You said you understood. Your preacher offered for you to keep the dogs at his house but instead decided to keep them in your hot car all day and then blame us for them dying. When the owner caught your husband he became irate. Screaming and cussing. Your husband pulled a gun. Which doesn't he have an assault charge(case#23AL-CR01030) should be have even had a gun to begin with? And trying to start a ministry? 😲He set down at the car and started calling anyone who would listen to tell them we were horrible because he got caught with not 1 but 3 little dogs that are not actually service animals but emotional support. Which if you did your research by state law I do not have to accept. We also went to the police department and was informed we should file a report. His preacher was called and personally came to apologize for your and your husband's behavior, as well as requested that you both stop harassing us! As far as the pictures go, you both have made it very clear you both stay in many hotel/motels. All of our rooms are thoroughly checked and our bug guy comes all the time. He will even provide proof we do not have bed bugs. Have the day you deserve!
