Called them 3 times in 2 weeks and cannot even get a return call.

On February 15, 2021 I woke up to frozen pipes because of the subzero temperatures that cross the country. A senior citizen, living alone, no local family support I called Mr. Webster at 12:28pm; he arrived at my home in minus temperatures and about 6 inches of snow and it was windy and still snowing. It took Mr. Webster 7 hours to unfreeze pipes, replace a busted pipe and replace the heat tape that had burned out. I took advantage of Mr. Webster by asking him to purchase some bottled water when he went to find a heat tape (most open places were sold out so he did a lot of traveling)...he DID!!!!! Businesses like this are fading fast...so are things like honesty, integrity, competitive pricing, and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Webster! I would recommend Webster Plumbing to any one needing plumbing services.
