I find it extremely hilarious they said that they asked me if I wanted to look at it bc they don't do returns but there were no other people in the store except for customers and the clerk so this must be her. I was not asked and was not made aware of the no exchange policy. Regardless yall didn't do quality control and put these pieces on display unless you did it knowingly which is an even bigger issue me and my friends and family will no longer have to worry about. We will no longer buy glassware there. lm getting it settled on my end and already have the money back. Yall stay blessed

Just got off the phone with an acquaintance of mine and whew I just dodged a bullet. She told me how yesterday she went and bought a piece of glassware from their store and how it was defective and chipped and they wouldn't exchange it or refund her. I get it all sales are final but they did her DIRTY. Was about to head over there to pick up some goodies but have decided I will be going elsewhere for now on. I suggest yall find an alternative smoke shop too.

Went in and bought one of the glass tobacco pipes. Went to Walmart and out and i checked out the pipe. Lone behold there was no carburetor hole. I brought it back and showed the employee and she says that's weird. I've never seen a pipe without a carb before. She proceeds to call the manager and she says that there's nothing they can do. Once it leaves the store it can't be returned. Which I get in a normal circumstance like if I wanted a different one. But this was a defective piece that would have to be taken off the shelf and would probably be recycled. They apparently did no quality control because I bought this from the display. They sell me a defective piece that can't be used and then the manager tells me I'm out the money they basically ripped me off on. Do not buy glass pieces here. I also noticed when I got home there were three chips in the glass as well. Me and my family have been long time customers. Do better smokies.
