My sump pump went out this summer while I had guests at our house. I called 2 different companies and they both told me that the pump was out and that they couldnt get their truck close enough to replace it. I thought I would get 1 more company out to take a look. Jess Pump Service came out and found a burned contactor. He got the pump working for the time being and scheduled a time to replace the pump that need to be done. Im sure it wasnt the easiest pump replacement, but they brought what they needed and got their truck close enough to knock out the job in one day. I appreciate all their hard work and for finding a burned contactor when others didnt even look. 5 stars for Jess Pump Service!

Owner comes out and tells me its a simple pipe fix and he will have to dig to fix the problem. Less than a hour into accessing the damage he quits and says this is more than I can handle Arrived at 8 and left at 9am and wanted to charge me 300+ . As I begin to negotiate the price he starts dropping the F bomb because 300 is too much for 1hr of exploration. Drives off mad swearing and a mess on my land. Thanks!
