Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Chesterfield

Posting on behalf of my wife who stays in the area multiple days at a time. We are both frequent travelers, and understand things happen. But, the day after day of dealing with a lack of concern and blatant disregard for a guest's needs made her check out early and find a different location. Know before you book at this hotel...their concern is lackluster. Shane for the owner...losing dozens of days of revenue because of this.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Well, don't stay here unless you are a smoker looking for a non-smoking hotel that doesn't enforce their stated no smoking policy. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times but won't ever again. Four out of five nights on my last trip I, and other guests, smelled cigarette smoke. The staff was aware, but other than posting a sign in the elevator did nothing about it. When I mentioned the issue to the staff they commented that it was a problem, but there wasn't anything they could do about it. There are other comparably priced alternatives in the same general location, go to one of them. I certainly will.
