Purchased a car, they finance through First Community. To make a simple payment is inconvenient, forced to connect your external accounts, then have to wait for 48 hours for them to confirm. The app is a JOKE, and didnt want to link an external account and give them access to any of my accounts! When called customer service had to wait on hold after automated impersonal recording says over and over that there is no one ahead of you. Hour wasted just to simply make a payment, that still couldnt make. Clearly seeing that not the only one that feels this way in reviews. Definitely different than any other loans that make the transaction seamless, fast, and worry free.

Horrible online banking platform. So not user-friendly. The bill payment system online rarely works. Mobile deposit is not great either.

The new bill pay is the worst ever! Wasnt going to review due to it being a new platform and thinking it would get better over a few months once I became familiar. It is still awful! Slowly moving money to a different bank. Did they switch to this platform to make things easier OR more cost effective for FCCU? if so, it is at the expense of people that have been their loyal customers for over 20 years. Just a shame. FCCU-NO need to copy and paste a response that every other review is getting.

I too do not understand why the company would modify the bill pay feature in such a way. Having a send date and delivery date are confusing. Especially the companies that are unable to be processed electronically and are mailed out. Please update the system so that it is customer friendly.
