Great program that has helped me lose weight and keep it off. Losing not just weight, but body fat. I feel healthier and stronger. Working on another round to lose even more. Staff is very supportive, weekly meetings to discuss progress and they are available by phone if I have questions. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this program.

30 days in and 22 lbs down. I decided to do Something about my obesity. I'm not only enjoying getting in smaller size clothes, I'm learning how to eat healthy and prepare healthy meals. I never thought I would enjoy foods not immersed with oils.I haven't had cookies for my late night snack nor any other junk food in 30 days. That's something for me to rejoice about. Neither do I have any cravings. I really believe this weight loss program is saving my life! Determination to live and the ability to discipline MYSELF has been the major factors that has brought me this far. My affirmation is "I'M WORTH IT!!!"
