Ashwood Apartments

Shelley is the best to work with! She is very helpful and wants to make sure you have a good experience at Ashwood. She deserves 10 out of 5 stars! The apartments are very nice on the inside and outside. Close to campus and has a pool! Would recommend living here.

My daughter has lived in Ashwood for 2 years while attending Mizzou and it has been a great place for her to stay, she has been very happy with it. Its right next to the Mizzou Campus so she always had the option to walk to classes, which came in handy when her car was in the shop for repairs. Even though there are a lot of students living there my daughter never complained about loud noise/parties etc Also, whenever there was a maintenance issue, the Ashwood staff handled it right away. Want to make a special shout out to the apartment manager Shelley Becker, she did an awesome job in assisting my daughter through the leasing processes (2 of them) and always responding to all our questions, calls, and emails very promptly. I cannot recommended Ashwood Apartments enough! I lived here for two years while in school at Mizzou. The management is so kind and always quick to respond. I would recommend this place for the management alone! The location is pretty close to campus, and I loved being able to walk to class and downtown. This is also a great location for med/nursing students as it is about a 3 minute drive to University Hospital. The apartments have two balconies which was such a great outdoor space to have. I always felt safe even coming home late which was super important to me when picking an apartment. Overall, I loved living here and will definitely miss it!
