Katy Place Apartments

I moved to Katy Place July of 2023. So far my experience here has been amazing. It is a quiet, pleasant place to live. The staff here is wonderful, maintenance has always addressed my concerns promptly, the office staff is friendly and willing to listen to concerns and comments on how to make things better. Plan on staying here for awhile.

I have lived at Katy Place for 13 years. After many years as a homeowner, this is now the place I am happy to call home. Positive comments are being made about our new property manager who is very detailed and takes her job seriously. The maintenance crew is great. They usually come quickly, depending upon the serious nature of the issue. The community also reflects the good care of the grounds keeper. Many updates have been made during the last few years, inside and out. I have the two bed/ two bath layout, which is a spacious arrangement. I am always proud to have family and friends visit.

Been here 14 years. The maintenance team is fabulous. The grounds person is first rate and they all are friendly and efficient. The manager is responsive, attentive and the best manager we have had in a very long while. Hope she loves it here too.

Im looking for a place and this one seems to be the best option to me but ive had two people say they have brown recluse spiders and im really hoping this has been fixed? Any updates on this problem? I would pass away if i saw spiders in my apt
