If I could have given my experience here it would be a zero. I used the online check-in. I waited over two hours for a response text. (When I used the app, it said my wait time was 63min.) Anyway ...Once I got there (which was only 5min tops. I live less than an half mile away) the store did not have any info of my online check in. When I showed them my text, the young lady working the computer said She couldn't help me. I will NEVER go back there. I am thinking it was a blessing they wouldn't honour the text confirmation.If they care about hair the same as they do their systems, I lucked out!!

This place is the worst I went there wanting a haircut touching my shoulders she asked me if I liked it there I said yes then she kept cutting and wouldnt stop she made it look terrible and not friendly. She asked if she could layer my hair I said no but she did it anyway

Charlotte cut my hair, she took her time, showed me some things about the way it was cut currently that was not good. I definitely will be back to have her trim it up in 4 weeks
