My dryer stopped working mid-cycle so I had to get it fixed as soon as possible. He came the next day, it was the belt. He replaced the belt and said this one should last several years. I LOVE my GE high efficiency washer and dryer set. Laundry is one of my favorite things to do.

I had an issue with my dishwasher and needed to have it evaluated by a professional. My dishwasher wasn't draining water during operation. So I researched companies in my area. I came across Convenient Appliance Repair. Long story short, I spoke with Alan. He asked me questions regarding the issue with the dishwasher. Then he offered solutions to the possible problem I was experiencing. I had recently installed a garbage disposal. The solution (remove popout on garbage disposal) he suggest worked! This allowed the drain hose from dishwasher to release water via the newly installed garbage disposal. He save me time and money free of charge. Also, he educated me on how to properly install a garbage disposal. He was honest and helpful.
