        Called for service on a car purchased by my step son. Took a long time just to get someone on the phone. Can't get appointment for over a month on a car recently purchased. Stay 2 minutes from dealer but have to get it towed (at our expense) to another dealer 20 to 25 miles away. Never heard of such a thing on a vehicle that is under warranty.
