Not only were the people communicative but they were on time quick and super friendly. The owner of the company is very professional and gave me the best price when calling around I actually canceled my other appointment to go with him. I am really happy with my services and will be scheduling future cleanings for all of our houses with kwik dry. My lower level flooded during the historic storm. I had water in my carpets as a large part of my basement is finished. I used Kwik dry carpets several times in the past so I called Bob. I also called several other companies about extraction of the water. No one was taking more on. Bob is the only one that called back. (Im not surprised). His crew came and did a wonderful job. We also added some additional carpet areas while they were here. Nicest guys! Explained the cost upfront and didnt waiver from that price. Plus they were so sweet to my barking dog of 4 lbs who could have proven to be quite annoying while they took such good care of my home.
