Munson Dennis J DDS

Been going to this practice since I was a kid. Moved towards Arnold and went to a new dentist and hated it. Now I drive 40 minutes just to go to this office. Love this office.

Dr. Dennis Munson is an awesome dentist. He's been my Dentist for approx. 8 years. He gets 5 stars. But the 1 star rating is for his receptionist TIFFANY. She wouldn't even get a 1 star but a star had to be place in order to write this review. She is very RUDE, NASTY, and INCOMPETENT about her job. I asked her a simple question, does the Doctor accept a certain insurance? She didn't know the answer. I asked if the Doctor or hygienist would know. She then instantly got flustered as she always does and said in a NASTY tone "I'm the one who takes care of all the insurance". As I continued to ask other questions in and effort to help her do her job. She got RUDE and NASTY. Then hung up on me. I tried contacting the only other two staff members in the office but can't get past her. Dr. Munson and Colleen, I hope you're able to read this review and know that TIFFANY is going to ruin your business with her NASTY attitude and short fuse. Because of the RUDNESS and NASTINESS I've experienced with TIFFANY I won't be back. Thank you Dr.Munson for being a great Dentist and Colleen for being a great hygienist.

Dr Munson is the best. Hes very professional and cool. He will definitely work with you as far as payment plans also. I never had any problems with the receptionist, maybe I caught her on one of her good days lol

Receptionist Pauline is very rude. She asked me how long has my tooth been bothering me, to which I replied for about 2 days. Her response (in a very nasty, judgmental tone) was well maybe you shouldve called 2 days ago. I was nothing but nice and respectful to her and did not appreciate her nasty attitude!

Friendly staff. Tiffany, the receptionist, has been great. Started coming after Christmas 2017 with a fractured tooth. Dr. Munson was very attentive and concerned. Hard to find a new dentist after ours retired. Collene, the dental tech is also great. Both my spouse and I are now patients. Very pleased with the service and the staff!
