Hello Ms.Diana, we’re honored to have read that your children loved receiving service at our shop. We’re honored to have provided a kind and loving service to your children. However, we must address a few things: To be very clear, with every single visit, we have had to tell your children/grand children in a respectful and professional manner to stay within the guided lines of our lobby MULTIPLE times per visit. Mind you, with every visit, there are multiple customers within our lobby and we are in the midst of doing a customers hair, we can’t keep stepping out of our job to assist your children with staying in the lobby. With the traffic of clientele we attend to in addition to the lack of parent/guardian supervision, it makes our job to provide the best service to your children and the children of others difficult. In fact, it has become intolerable to the point in which we have decided with regret to refuse our services to you moving forward. I’m sorry that if you feel that us refusing our services to you is deemed as “un-catering” or “unprofessional”. Again, thank you for visiting and experiencing our salon and best wishes to finding your perfect barbershop.
