I want to thank everyone that helped us with my Dad " Larry Uhles". He was very fond of all of you, you brighten his day every time he saw you. From day one you was family . Everyone was great about answering questions, concerns, no matter the time or day . Your compassion , not only helped him, it helped the family tremendously. Just taking time to talk and explain what to expect, as time went on. I no it's not a easy work by far, you are the best at this with everything! We can't Thank you enough for all that you did. I have read some of the other reviews and would like to respond to them. There are two separate departments . Nursing, Physical THerapy, and Occupational Therapy are one department. The home aide services are a different department. The one star ratings given to this company based on aide services are unfair because they are not responsible for those employees. I am giving a full five stars to offset those negative reviews. I enjoyed working with the agency so much I worked for them twice. The first time as a full time employee and the second time as a part-time employee when I went back to school. The atmosphere still has the family vibe. It has all the trials that all home health agencies have. There are peaks and valleys in scheduling. They do their best to keep you in your assigned territory. You are required to take weekend call based on the number of nurses / PT staff available. On your weekend you are required to drive where the patients are. Dependable transportation is a must. Your gas mileage is compensated. The office manager was competent and has often taken cases herself to assist with the workload. She has actually worked as a Case Manager and understands the job. The office staff were very helpful.
