Where do you get these people? I asked, Do you still have the special where you get the waffle cone with two scoops? A long time special. The response? Nah, sis. Is this what were doing now? I will never return, especially when you can buy the ice cream at Dierbergs.

Decided to come here for mother's day and the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude...she decided that at 955 they were no longer going to serve customers in the drive thru because they had been busy all day even tho several of us had been sitting there for 30+ minutes. When my mom asked her if she had heard right about them not serving anyone else even though it wasn't 10 yet she said they had been busy all day and they were no longer serving anyone else as the car at the window placed a large order. My mom made a comment that she would never come back and the lady said "that's fine" I called and spoke to the shift leader who was an entirely different person than the girl taking the orders and he apologized and said there was nothing he could do about her. He had actually tried to take another order for the person infront of us but they had driven off in anger after the girl kept telling him that they had been busy all day and were no longer going to serve customers.....this location used to be amazing and I had so many fond memories going there as a kid. I will NEVER be back and if this is a franchise location I will be sure to not go to any of the locations in this franchise. I wish I could give a zero star rating.
