I had a gold chain necklace break today. I googled jewerly repair near me and J.C.'s popped up. I took it in and they repaired the necklace in about 1 hour without me asking for any special service. It was just "we can fix it while you wait or we can call you when it is ready". Ran a couple of errands nearby and got the call that it was ready to pickup. I am sure that they cannot always be that fast, but they won me over as a customer today! Excellent service!

Got a replacement wedding ring here. Every staff member we came across was super friendly and helpful, worked with us on repair cost, and reworked the ring 2x for us while we waited in the store to make sure we got the perfect fit. Great place, prices, service and people
