SSM Health Express Clinic

The visit was quick and thorough. I did not have to wait long to be seen and the NP was polite and thorough. I am from Oklahoma visiting so I was happy to find an express clinic so close to where I am staying. I also appreciate that they require everyone to still mask.

Not express for a vaccine. Even though we got there earlier than our appointment time. As I type this Im still waiting. Ill try somewhere else next time.

First time visiting an Express Clinic. Very impressed and happy with service. MA and NP very friendly and professional, rooms were clean. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend, I will return when necessary.

My visit didn't happen. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a long time at a urgent care. The staff is rude and doesn't care about people being ill. The receptionist was not welcoming, or did she care to greet me. Then a young lady came out the back, didn't say who she was, but addressed me about information I felt was irrelevant. Patient care is supposed to be priority. This location has employees that need training on how to treat and to talk patients. I currently work in the healthcare field and have for years. I know for sure their behavior was unacceptable. I was also a SSM employee and the mission and value statement was definitely not being followed. Never Again. I am very disappointed.
