Working with Amanda at Guild Mortgage means that my buyers get quick communication, a solid preapproval that will close, access to a lender who cares and makes herself available, and someone who looks out for her clients as the neighbors that they are. For me it means working with a lender who doesn't give up, thinks of new ways of doing things, and always has a positive "can do" attitude.

Amanda was extremely personable, knowledgeable and open ended with her communication methods ! She managed to make the sometimes stressful and overwhelming task of obtaining a home loan very simple, quick and efficient ! She was able to keep me in the loop whenever things were changing as far as program options Guild offered and or were making changes to. Amanda and her team ensured everything went as smooth as possible and they all were very accommodating to my hectic work schedule! Amanda throughout the process pretty much had an open door policy any questions I could think of after viewing a home she made sure they were answered promptly whether it was in her office setting during normal hours or via text after hours ! I truly appreciate the lengths Amanda went to ensuring this was a simple process for a first time home buyer ! I highly recommend any one looking to obtain a home loan to work with Amanda and her team!
