        I rented this space and was told 50% off $64 per month for first three months plus $9 insurance. Now I go to pay bill and the price has risen to $70 only month two no discount. They force you to pay their ridiculous raise in price or they hold your property hostage. No call from management after several calls Stephanie called me back and corrected the issue that I had. Everything is taken care of. Thanks Stephanie!! Edited Review******** Once again I am having issues with the billing and unable to get anyone to return my calls. I paid my bill on 3/31/24 and it is due on 4/4/24 and their systems is still showing I have a payment due on 4/4/24. I am no doing this after this month I am moving my items from this place to another one.To the owner I am not changing my review this time after talking with Stephanie now this place is saying I owe $82 for a unit starting out $64. Their billing system need work or they increase their prices every month. I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW!!!!

      Hi there,It appears you left his review on the wrong facility. We were able to locate your account at our Spanish Lake location. We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. Based on the video you provided, it appears your gate code didn't work because your account was moved out. We tried to reach you at the phone number provided but we were unsuccessful in reaching you. When we did not hear back from you we moved the account out as it appeared abandoned. Once accounts are moved out the gate code is deactivated in our system.
