I WOULD NOT recommend for anyone to drop off their beloved pet for an appointment. My dog was left in a kennel with a leash on that was provided by the pet hospital. He was neglected and left alone for so long that he was able to eat the leash. No one noticed until after closing that the incident occurred and we had to bring him back for an xray and medication to force him to throw up the leash which he swallowed whole. Cheyenne was the shift leader and was extremely ignorant, neglectful, and could not offer any explanation other than maybe he was going to bite someone so they were rushing which was not the case. Bailey has been extremely helpful in staying in contact with me which I do appreciate. If it wasnt for me being signed up for the wellness plan, I would not return. I will never leave my animals in their care again without being present the entire time!

The doctors are great !!! The atmosphere is great!! Fun-loving,caring people who seem to love their job (but there's always one), there is one, a customer service rep that sit at the front desk have serious attitude problem. I think her name is Stephanie and if that's not here name I will get her name she is the older white woman I think she's prejudiced I don't know this lady outside of this building never dealt with her until I come to Banfield Hospital she's has a smile on her face but she's really nasty terrible attitude and impatient she's there early mornings she act as if someone did some something to her and she takes it out on her customers she pretend to be nice but she's not, I think she belongs in the back so that she don't have to deal with the customers who paying good money for pet care. Because if she does me like that (again, I don't know her), then she does other people like that too, and I don't trust her
