Always helpful and I am happy they are able to test vehicles when console lights are on. Install wiper headlights and their key fob batteries are the best.

Horrible experiences with the Fredericktown location. Order parts, they send the wrong ones. Give them specific part numbers, they still order the wrong ones. They have done this numerous times and there's only one or two associates who genuinely try to help. The rest are just plain rude, lazy, or have no clue what the parts they sell are. Ask about a discount after their admitted error resulted in extensive damage to my vehicle, they literally laughed at me. I would rather go to any other part store even if that means walking 100 miles. Terrible, just plain terrible store.

Friendly, customer oriented staff. Always helpful in assisting with what you are looking for and if they aren't sure what it is, they walk the floor with you until they help you find it. I go here above the competitor right down the block because of the customer service level alone.
