Dont waste ur time living here. Unprofessional, outdated living spaces, one of the property managers stole my rental money and they tried to evict me for that reason. I spent more money trying to help myself from what their employee did than actually living expenses. If I could leave a 0 star I would. RUN from Brittany Town Place townhomes

RUN DONT walk away from these people. Our experience has been so troubling. Horrible, unorganized, drama-filled, thieving management! You will surely find yourself caught up in litigation, drama and unnecessary stress if you decide to stay here. Not long after moving in and getting settled, will you regret it. Let me not fail to mention the trash that stays floating around the property and outside the trash cans that makes it look so unkept and ghetto but the squirrels that have massive infestations roam rampantly as they please. There has been about 5-6 management teams since we moved in who dont even introduce themselves good before they vanish and are replaced, havent encounter one with a pleasantly attitude yet, if youre looking to feel safe, forget about it, maintenance men seem to be drug in off the streets. You cant properly identify them they change so often and dont even have uniforms, and the tenants, OMG most of them are unneighborly and have unlimited company running in and out their place and taking the parking from the tenants living here, its horrible. They complain about dog poop but wont pick up their own. Youre lucky to be able to park 15 feet from your door if you get home at an early enough time and dont have any important errands to run. The windows are old and have literal ice cycles on the inside in the winter. This is not a family friendly place to live. Its a huge headache to live here and its ran by incompetent management and you cant get in touch with the true ownersyouve been warned BEWARE!!!

Extremely unprofessional Im a former resident and the manager Jackie is GHETTO, unprofessional and a damn liar. I had to discuss my private business in front of her daughter as to why my information was sent over to eviction and I hadnt live there since 2021. She lied and said the old Manager sent my information to the attorney and then said he is the one who caught it. Its evident she has no clue to what she is doing she is HORRIBLE and a nightmare of a manager!! She also had her daughter and a baby in the office while discussing my personal affairs I definitely would not recommend moving here with this piss poor management!

I love the apartments. I have been here three years.. The new management is awesome after three years our pool is finally open! Good job, Miss Jackie
