Vera BILLINGSLEY is not the person for opening business accounts. I attempted to open an account, had all my documents in order for the process. I was first told it would take 2 days to open, then she informed me that she couldnt open it due to the irs leaving THE off of the name of my business. I informed her that the IRS purposely chooses to drop THE off of the business title and provided her with the information stating that. She still did not open the account. She agreed to have a conference call with the IRS so they could tell her this information but then she never answered the phone. The IRS gave updated paperwork which included THE just to appease Ms. Billingsley which I took personally into the branch. She of course was not there the next business day, or so they said, so they took the updated paperwork to give to her. They said she would be in however she never called to follow up, she never returned emails, and she dodged my calls. I successfully went elsewhere and opened the business account with ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. The level of professionalism was absolutely horrible. If this credit union continues to rely on individuals like this they will lose more potential accounts and customers.
