        I took my car in for body repair . I went in 5 times to pick it up . They did not do all of the items on the estimate . I was told by them that they were never going to make me happy with the repair , and to take it somewhere else . My insurance company sent somebody to my home to look at it they could not believe that the bodyshop thought it was acceptable work . The paint is full of Orange Peal . The door is full of waves . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU LOVE IT ! That is ok Megan . Your shop will never touch one of my vehicles ever again !

        Did not have a good experience with this location. Since late 2023, to date, I have had to return my vehicle on numerous occasions due to lack of attention to detail regarding the overall look of the car after completing repairs. It was not to my liking and had visual problems with the rework and repaint. Burned areas of the hood, visible scratches, rubber on wheel wells looked sub par and had to redo. No rental was offered, had to ask. After 4 occasions of back and forth for front end repairs and money spent on other transportation while in their shop again and again, they just never got the vehicle back right. I would not recommend their services unless you own Uber, cause youll need it.. full disclosure they did give me a gas card for my trouble but I paid more in Uber rides. Good luck.

Our Company did have a few quality controls items that you did have to come back a few times on. On one occasion, we put you into a rental car at no charge. The other times, you did handles your own Uber ride. We had our paint vendor to come out to inspect your vehicle and they told us that what we repaired and painted was better than the factory paint on you vehicle. I realize that you were wanting your $1000 deductible to be paid, but our company did step up and give you a $200 QT gift card.
