We had bought my husband a 180$ fishing rod back at the end November at the Bass Pro in St. Charles. My husband was shore fishing Sunday 4.7.24 & caught a bass and as he was reeling it in, the pole snapped in 2 places. We take care of our fishing poles and we keep receipts. On Monday 4.8.24 he took it to the Cabelas as it was on his way home, they were actually rude and unhelpful and told him they basically don't stand behind their products and even though it was a VERY expensive rod and was bought at the end of November that there was nothing they could do in the store and he would have to contact the manufacturer. So he had to buy another rod just so he would have something to use this weekend. I would say this store does not care much for its customers and doesn't back their products. I also would say the employees specifically the return desk employee and the "fishing" guy who accused my husband of stepping on it were very very very rude. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Got my grandson Easter Bunny pic done and guy taking the pic it was sad didn't act like didn't want to be there doing a job and Easter Bunny just set there didn't get up start waving just really sad when got workers don't want to do the job then after that was done we had to wait for least half hour get pics where you see a lot of workers just stand around and talk just sad we was there for Christmas pics the lady who took the pics now she was good and Santa Claus he was good too next yr might not want to come back there
