    Two months in and Im already, ready to look for somewhere else to be. The dedicated account is officially terrible. I have to wait 9 to 10 hours for a load to be ready or they just dont have any loads ready at all. I cant get any runs east when dedicated fails to get me the miles. Dispatch legit be confusing at times and will leave you stranded for hours until they get back in the office. I thought that this company would be different than the rest and it proved me wrong

    I was looking for another job within the first 30 days. I was trying to find me something else before I had gave them their truck back. I had applied at so many companies. I had got tired of going to TX and back to MO all of the time, so I was told why they were doing this to me. So I said okay since I can't seem to make up my mind if I want to stay or leave. $25 a week for the truck, really no wonder people were stealing from the company. I hope that they don't call me for the damage to the hood of the truck because that's not my fault but I'm afraid that they are going to call me about it, when I was at the customer in Georgia the arm had fell on the hood as I was leaving. Justin made it seem like he was firing me when he said that I don't want you on the property for the entire weekend. I'm not going to get the money back for the $25 that was taken out each week for damages. Shanell will wake you up out of your sleep before your 10 hour break is up and she doesn't suppose to, it's either you do it her way or no way at all. I wish that I never got the sub truck because my APU went out, and my dispatcher keep asking me where am I because I can track the trailer, well if you can track the trailer you know where I am because if someone would have stolen it I would have called the police and then call the company, three times he asked me.

    Booked a load with Arsen from NJ to GA with 2 stops on Saturday, per RC the facility at the 2nd pick up was open until 12pm, the driver got to the 2nd stop at 11:30am. The facility was completely empty. I wrote numerous emails to the broker but the broker did not even bother to answer my emails and it led that the driver had to wait until Monday. And beginning from Monday the nightmare has been started. On Monday I requested layovers from the broker, the broker asked for proofs that the driver was on time to the 2nd stop, I sent him a video of an empty warehouse as well as I sent him a proof from our ELD but the broker still playing stupid and asking for more proofs. His manager Karen got involved into the situation same as Arsen he has no clue how to do a business instead of solving the situation he wrote me an email "do not play with us" what is even that? This company is a completely joke don't book any loads with them!!!

    It's sad when the CEO doesn't care about the driver that is bringing money to his company. Shenall is rude and disrespectful, driver are going to be coming and going, I would appreciate my driver's and follow up with them on how they are doing. I had my mind made up on leaving the company within 60 days of working here. I was just waiting for a job. The driver are not even a number. They shouldn't even get a one star.
