        This McDonald's was definitely understaffed! I waited at the front counter for more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and greeted, and even then I had to seek an employee to make eye contact with to order my food!!!:( Also, the fries were not cooked properly because they were not allowed to drain long enough and were soggy. In addition, the fries were not salted! I could have had more prompt and friendly service as well as a more correctly cooked order if the restaurant was completely AI funtional!!!:) Who needs employees who are paid $14 an hour to do nothing???

        Took five minutes to get to order, another five minutes to pay and yet another five minutes to get food! All that for a cheeseburger Happy Meal! Slowest McDonalds ever! Definitely not customer service oriented!!!

        Placed order via Mobile app for breakfast for kids; go through drive thru; got parked for 30 minutes; then told they couldn't make the order. At least it was refunded. Would not recommend for morning hours as even the manager was clueless.
