Alondra McPherson - Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance

I'm part of a multi-family group all insured through here for more than a decade, and after the previous agent Kelly Lambert left , getting in touch with anyone is impossible! Rates and premiums started to go up every month which doesn't make any sense, nobody calls you back even after they promise to. Piles of conflicting renewal's come in the mail which doesn't make sense. It seems as if once your on auto pay, they couldn't care less and proceed to draft whatever amount of money they want without consent! They charge you an 8 percent fee for paper billing and a $2 fee for auto pay. Lastly, you pay a $30 membership fee every year and get nothing for it.They claim members can earn MORE points to redeem towards the fee , but I found out this isn't true and is a sham!

Alondra is such an amazing person and the best agent I have worked with. I have dealt with plenty of insurance agents in the past and Alondra is truly one of a kind. I have my home and auto insurance through Alondra and she gave me the cheapest rates by far, with great coverage. I recently made a change to my auto insurance and my policy was changed and wrapped up within hours of contacting her. I am so thankful for Alondra and I am grateful to never have to look for insurance again. I am completely satisfied and recommend Alondra to anyone and everyone.

Alondra and the girls in the office are fantastic. Lexi, Lexus, and Liz are Knowledgeable and can always answer my questions when I call in. And I saved significantly with all my policies, home & auto! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new insurance!
