Aaron and his team did a remarkably great job with my vehicle. When it was finished it looked like it came from the factory. They are extremely honest and very personable. They detailed the whole inside of my vehicle even though their job was on the outside. When I first went in for a quote, they dropped what they were doing to assist me. Truly a great business to do business with.

I have a 2013 Tahoe and this afternoon, I pulled the driver's door handle off completely. Like, there were rods and springs rattling inside the door. Panicked, I called Premium and thank goodness I did! Within minutes, I left work, drove to their office and received a quote. Aaron found an in-stock part in Cape, had it delivered within 30 minutes and offered to have the handle fixed the same afternoon! I left the Tahoe there and had a co-worker pick me up to return to work. NO LIE....I walked in my office door, sat my stuff down and received a text from Aaron that said my Tahoe was all fixed and ready to go. I am VERY impressed with every aspect of my experience. They acted like it was no big deal but if you're reading this, you know it is a VERY big deal! I would pay double what he charged me to have this kind of experience everywhere. 10/10 WOULD recommend....5 stars!
