Mercy Convenient Care-Jackson

Says no pre-appointments but thats not the case. I assume when I come to urgent care that we will be taken back in the order we came in but that was not the case. A girl and her mother came in and didnt give any information just said hello and sat down and 5 minutes later she was called to the back. If I wanted to be seen based on the priority of my injury/illness I would have went to the er not urgent care. This is why this place has a 2 star rating and Im sure among other reasons.

Clean facility, friendly staff and doctor and we were seen quickly. Highly recommend!

Went in at 7:37 was done by 8:30. Really friendly and listened to all of the symptoms rather than guessing. Ill be going back for sure!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a convenient care! The ladies in the front were not helpful and turning people away because Im sure they were ready to go home on time. We showed up at 5:20, 40 minutes before closing and they refused to see my son because they could only see so many patients a day. The waiting room was completely empty along with the parking lot. I wish our insurance did not force us to use SouthEast until now I had no complaints. Maybe a visit is needed by higher management to look at their schedule between 5-6, I guarantee there is a pattern of no patient flow! Very disappointed! I asked to speak to the Dr. because there obviously were no patients there the place was completely empty. They send out a nurse to give me some advice on what to do. She suggested go across town because they were open later! Ok Im done I will only ever go back there if that is my only and very last option. Either change the operating hours to 5:00 pm (when they obviously want to quit seeing patients) or get people that actually have compassion and want to help people.
