        With all do respect to the owner, have had multiple vehicles looked at or worked on here. Left they tool attached to my motor when I got it back. Sold me a car that wouldnt pass inspection (remind you this shop is licensed for a Missouri inspection) vehicle has had various issues. We thought being a friend of my husb our luck with vehicles in the past theyd be more understanding instead of take our cash and go.

      Lisa, I'm sorry you had issues with that car. It was sold as is, and because you were in a bind, I sold it to you for a thousand less than asking. Secondly, you bought the car on a Saturday and our shop is not allowed to do inspections on sat because of hours of operation. 3rd, if you would have called or brought the car back, we would have been happy to resolve this problem. As far as this tool left in the engine bay, unfortunately it happens. Tradesmen of every kind lose tools on the job. We have worked with you and your husband over the years knowing your financial burdens, and have tried to be as generous with our time and resources as we can. I'm very sorry you feel this way. As you are aware, I have not personally been able to work at the shop since January 2nd, due to having stage 4 kidney cancer. In the future, please contact me if you would like to discuss anything further.
