        The manager and the young man working on April 4th were the best! I have had problems finding a boot that worked for me and they both spent a lot of time with me finding the best solution. They were so patient and just kept on until they found a boot that worked. This was the store on Rangeline in Joplin. I would definitely recommend this store. Great customer service and staff!

        The Justin Boots Factory store is a great shop when looking for decently priced cowboy boots. I recently bought my son some children's boots from here. I myself have a couple pairs of boots from here. They hold up well and are pretty nice. I would recommend the Justin Boots Outlet to anyone shopping for cowboy boy boots.

        This is not an OUTLET, absolutely ridiculous pricing. If you don't mind spending a crazy amount of money this is your store, very nice products but you can find better prices online.

      I recently bought my son some children's boots from here. I myself have a couple pairs of boots from here. They hold up well and are pretty nice.
