Scandia Village

Incredibly rude, stopped by and made an appointment to look at an open unit, and when it came time to actually go i called ahead to ensure my APPOINTMENT and not only was there no appointment but the lady was super condescending and rude to me as well for not knowing exactly the floor plan i wanted to look at as if i didnt literally make an APPOINTMENT. Anyways dont live here because youll probably deal with that on the regular!

Maintenance is terrible and when I call the office, Ive been getting the run around. Only been here 6 wks and this is the 2nd time putting in work orders about my kitchen and bathroom faucets. Definitely need new ones! Im not opposed to calling the health inspector. Its already been almost 2 wks and still no work done. Its a good size one bdrm but would not recommend moving here.

I lived here for two years and loved living at Scandia Village!! Office staff was always very helpful and friendly!! Never had any problems and have recommended it to friends and family looking for a place to live in the Northland at a reasonable cost!!

I loved living at Scandia! The staff and crew is very friendly and always took care of any issues quickly. The property is well maintained and I felt self living there by myself as a single female, which was huge for me. Ive recommended several other residents to Scandia who are still living there now. I had a great experience!
