Midtown Plaza Apartments

Audriannah, the new manager, has made my transition into our new home so effortless! She is a literal angel in human form! I wont go into detail, but she made sure me Anna brother wouldnt be homeless and that, I will forever be grateful for her! She went above & beyond for us. Not to mention the amount of effort she puts into her residents and property. Shes a one woman show & she definitely deserves everything good that comes her way!!

My 5 stars go to the new manager - Audriannah! She's only been here for a less than a month and the changes she's made have been much needed, important and thoughtful. The owner changed leasing companies back in Feb; the prior manager Tiffany was ALSO AMAZING! I was very sad to see her go. Adriana was the next manager who thought it was a good idea to run the property like a dictator - she was TERRIBLE and I'm glad she was quickly removed. Audriannah came in like a breath of fresh air. She's very professional, prompt, personable, diligent and is passionate about her role. Those combined traits have become a lost art with most professions, especially in property management! Due to the timing of the property management company changes, I had a few outstanding work orders that she either immediately took care of when I brought to her attention or effectively and professionally communicated proper expectations of when said issues would be addressed (eg painting issues). When I needed my tub resurfaced and didn't have a solution for my senior dog, she and Ben (maintenance tech) took on the responsibility of caring for him in the office to ensure he wasn't exposed to the fumes - above and beyond their call of duty! There were smoke detector issues in my unit and she and Ben handled the situation after hours promptly. We are not just numbers here. Audriannah and Ben truly care about us and it shows! There has been a lot of package theft and security breaches prior to Audriannah's arrival. She has taken this matter seriously and with the needed urgency. She installed more cameras, changed out fobs and has explored many resolves to promote the safety of the tenants and our packages. Audriannah's presence has made a huge difference here! I look forward to seeing all the needed coming improvements she will continue to make. I know Ben was only here for a short time but he too did an amazing job caring for the building and its occupants! Thank you!

Audriannah Was able to get me moved in fast and easy.Very welcoming attitude, responsive, and attentive. Apartments are nice and shes finding new ways to improve the grounds to make it more comfortable for current and new tenants.

Did a week of traveling maintenance here. A lot of positive vibes from here and during my stay onsite. Look forward to many more with mid town plaza and other states I go to . Its quiet here and management does such a great job. For one person doing it all they do a damn good job! I was honored to be here and assist them
