Wornall Place Apartments

Affordable units in a relatively quiet part of South KC/Waldo. Very clean and plenty of space, never had issues with pests of any sort and all maintenance requests were taken care of in a timely manner. Would love a place like this near midtown. Parking is a bit limited, but its like that anywhere unless you own a home. I would like to add that the shower pressure is stellar.

My family and I have lived at Wornall Place Apartments since October 2020. Clint, the property manager, goes above and beyond to ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that maintenance requests are dealt with promptly. As a matter of fact, when our air conditioning went out last night, I got in touch with Clint and he himself came over this morning (on a Saturday) and fixed it. Fantastic service!!! Since it was so hot and humid outside and my husband has breathing problems, I was so incredibly thankful that Clint came right over and fixed the air conditioning. Clint is an awesome property manager!!!

I lived here for one year. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Even though the apts are older, they respond to maintenance very quickly and that is well worth it. I think having a much larger apartment and a trustworthy landlord is better than a tiny apartment that's new and more expensive. I also loved the big windows and balconies. I think this is a great deal!
