Six40 Apartments

Wouldve renewed my lease but all management wants is money. Not only did I have mold, six40 apartment didnt have heat in the winter and gave us space heaters that barley worked. Had roaches. My plumbing always needed fixing. I made it home though and got a notice that the building is ending everybodys lease. Its disappointing. To evict everybody to renew the building and make rent higher

The worst experience ever. Since December I had pest problems from situations that made me sick & repeated times in the hospital. Lost my job due to random outages they never covered for me. Maintenance never fixed my water where it ran slow & the office is unprofessional & when my lease was up, they changed the locks and threw all my valuable things including my heart medicine that sent me back into the hospital which I plan to take them for court. Save yourself the heartache & never apply with them. From the pest insect issue to office struggles, its the worst. Its not worth it

Kionna Jett was extremely helpful for me in a process of trying to fix a payment issue. She did a fantastic job of directing me through the process and dealing with my rudeness and nonstop questions. Kionna was very patient and respectful and did a great job of relaying all of my possible options in a very helpful manner. She is a perfect example of the type of employee that anyone would want to hire. Kionna was by far the most help I have had when dealing with problems and I am extremely thankful for the awesome help.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I was here for 8 months before bed bugs started appearing, when I complained, they took a week for someone to do anything, then they bug bombed the place, and it doesnt take a genius to know that is the worst way to get rid of bed bugs, because they kept coming back.. When I complained again, they bombed the place, AGAIN, but they kept coming back!! After my third complaint they stopped responding to my issues entirely. I had to get rid of everything I owned and almost went homeless because of their neglect to basic human living. Renting from Mac properties is a huge mistake because your concerns are highly irrelevant to their corporation and money.

I lived in 2 different Units 705 and 603, first one was decent , second one terrible. BEWARE bed bugs in some units I talked few neighbors and they had them also. I did not have them in first apartment that why I said decent. But I had cockroaches in both of them. Management is responsive but desperate their pest control vendor is terrible unprofessional. Otherwise water shut off pretty often. Safety is okay, parking is okay. 2 elevators but one is always turned off or needs maintenance. Overall terrible place to live, if you get lucky you wont have bed bugs and you will manage to live but once they get in your apartment then the hell will start. I would say, AVOID the headache there are lots of other apartments within the same price range. Also contract extensions only for long period of time, I needed one month and they said rent+$500+utilites joke.
