The staff was very friendly, welcoming and really well dressed! It's not my style, to me it felt like I was in Martha Stewart's jail cell! Really very nice in there! But.... still a cell. But if you want a clean and affordable place in the city...go check it out!

Great staff! Maintenance is awesome and quick to fix any issues . Chad is professional and fantastic. Jordan is amazing. He goes above and beyond as a Courtesy Officer,Maintenance and support. Angela,Izzy and Katie in the office are the best. What other complex has monthly resident events with free food and drink? Yes,we have issues with criminal elements in the West Bottoms and I wish the parking garage was reopened and the paid lot enclosed and secured w a code entry gate. Overall this is a great community.

Love this place. Right in the middle of a cool neighborhood with lots of fun things to do. The staff is fantastic!

Overall a pleasant experience. The units themselves are very nice and I appreciate the modern twist to the old industrial buildings. The community areas and gym are both nice touches. The property managers also consistently host community events if thats your speed. The location is also a nice plus as you are close to a few prominent areas in the River Market and Power and Light. There are only two negatives to an otherwise great experience. The first being smell, not constantly, but once or twice a week there is a noticeably foul odor from the nearby industrial areas that makes its way into the buildings. The second is the parking situation. Parking in their designated lots is fairly pricy so you have to fork over more money or gamble with street parking.
