        Love the update of the exterior and interior, Perfect place to call home, great location and even better people. Also love living at New View because of staff like Mis Jackson, she alway go above and beyond making sure everyone living comfortably

        Property management is very rude & disrespectful. I call get hung up on & or put on hold immediately every-time. I put in an application 6mos ago at the time of application, I was told the wait time would be 3months .Now Im being told call back in a year ,not as soon as something comes up we will let u know .Customer service is trash .

        The management company has a complete lack of care about their tenants needs and the overall community surrounding them. There is routinely trash that clogs up the alley way that is both unsanitary and harmful to the families that live in these apartments. This is mis management and blatant disregard.

        Many rats and mice, water leakage, maintenance doesn't come at all or fix anything. Many rats holes very disgusting place

The refuse issue was indeed a concern, and we understand that it may have given the impression of negligence. We had a brief hiccup with our trash collection company, but that issue has since been resolved.
