Hello the Element team, the truth is that I have lived here for a year and I feel super comfortable. I like my apartment. Apart from that, the attention from kelly Madison Leia has been great throughout this year, everything has been great for me. helped with any problem although few why the apartment is new the parking is great and the maintenance guys are great I am sad to move because I am retired from my job and that is the reason why I am moving always thanks to the team at the elements

Quiet dog friendly apartments! Repairs fixed in less than 24 hours. Very friendly helpful staff. The property is kept clean and well maintained! I have views of deer, raccoons , coyotes and all types of birds . There is all kinds of shopping down the street and within 10 minutes . So glad I rented here !

Today we went and toured a new apartment home for my grandparents. Madison showed us around even though we didnt have a tour and she answered all our questions and then some. She was beyond kind, the amenities amazing and the homes perfect! I look forward to moving my grandparents in there knowing the they are safe and have helping and amazing staff around them!

If you are looking for a safe, clean and quiet apartment community with a responsive, professional, friendly and trustworthy apartment managers/leasing and maintenance team then I definitely recommend the Elements Apartments. I am military and lived at this community twice. Each time I had zero issues with communication and updates after I submitted my application, was able to choose a flexible move in date and sign my lease within a days! My most recent move was extremely difficult since I relocated from overseas and was unable to communicate as well as I wanted to due to the time difference.
Thank god for Kelly, one of the managers here! She is a god send! Kelly was the reason why I knew coming back to the Elements was the best decision! Kelly ensured she effectively communicated with me while I was in Korea and through my arrival to KCMO, assisting me with ensuring my place was secured while I was in transition. After I moved in, Kelly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed and was comfortable with my move in. Lia is amazing as well. I had issues with getting in and out of my garage.. a very tricky and complex situation and Lia handled it with ease and conducted a follow-up to ensure I was satisfied with their work.
Last, the community is centrally located and is within a safe area! 10 minutes from the airport with recreation, shopping, restaurants and other metropolitan cities within a 10 mile radius! Love this place!
